We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, in case you are unsatisfied you can go through our timely return policy. If the order is cancelled before being shipped from our warehouse or lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete product payment.

What is Wrath’s Return policy?

A refund is only generated when we receive the returned item and investigate its condition.The following conditions are:

  • If the product is tampered with
  • If the billing receipt or proof of purchase is missing.
  • If the item does not match the product description.

      Please note: If any of the conditions are satisfied, then the product will not be returned or refunded.

      • You can initiate the return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
      • Please do not use the item when the product is initiated for return.
      • Ensure all the accessories and manuals are included in the return package with their original condition and packaging.
      • Based on your preference, the purchased item can be either a refund or an exchange.
      • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
      • Refund will be issued to the original payment method done during the purchase.
      • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
