• Can I track my order? 

Yes, easily track your order through your Account Section. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

• While placing the order, I got an error. How will I know if the order is placed or not? 

When an order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirming the order and you can even check your purchases in the Order page within your Account Page. If in case the order was not placed successfully, we request you to place the order again.

• Can I make changes to my orders after it’s been placed? 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your order and address details before completing the purchase. If you have concerns,you can reach us through the Help Page for further assistance.

• Can I change the delivery address after placing the order? 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your purchase.

• If the amount has been deducted from the account but the order has not been placed? 

If the amount has been deducted from your account and you haven’t received any confirmation mail about your purchase, you can contact us through Help Page to assist you with the refund. Within 7-9 business days, your amount will be reflected in your account.

• How do I know if I’m ordering the right size? 

To know your size availability of a specific product we provide you a complete description with respective size charts. 

• What should I do if I encounter issues with my product or receive a damaged item? 

Contact our Customer support team immediately with your order number and details about the issue. We will work promptly to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction. • What is the 7-day return window?

The 7-day return window refers to the period within which customers can return a purchased item for a refund or exchange. This window starts from the date of delivery.

• Can I return an item after the 7-day period has passed?

Sorry, returns are only accepted within the 7-day window.

• How long does it take to deliver the product? 

To find out when your order can arrive, just head to the product page of the item you're interested in and check below the Buy button or under the description.

• Do you provide cash on delivery? 

At this moment we do not provide cash on delivery, maybe in the future we can initiate this service. For now, we provide you with various online payment facilities like credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Amex or PayPal.

• If the shipment tracking number is invalid or no records are found? 

If you are facing issues with the tracking number provided , contact us via Help Page and provide your current tracking number to resolve your problem and within 48 hours, we will provide you with the right tracking number of your order and BREATHE.

• Can I cancel or change my order?

When the product is placed, the changes cannot be made. If in case you need to change your shipping address or you have made any purchase error, then you need to cancel your order and buy it again with correct details. So, please check the provided details before confirming your order.

• Is there a return shipping fee?
